Barbie® Colour Reveal™ dolls deliver an unboxing experience full of surprises -- seven of them! A doll wearing a shimmery fashion is guaranteed, but each doll's look remains a mystery until revealed. The packaging is part of the fun -- pull the strip to remove the outer layer and reveal a clear tube. Inside is a mystery metallic pink Colour Reveal™ doll and four bags hiding surprises inside. Remove them all and fill the tube with warm water, then insert the doll and swirl her around. The water turns metallic pink, and when the doll is pulled out, her features are revealed! Each doll has a different combination of eye colour, sculpted metallic hair colour, skin tone, decorated bodice and shimmery metallic legs, but the surprises continue…open the bags to discover a ponytail hair piece, sparkly skirt and matching shoes and earrings! Colour-change effects on the doll's lips and decorated bodices add to the surprise and fun. Each series has a unique theme -- these Colour Reveal™ dolls are all about shimmer and shine, with sculpted metallic hair and legs and colourful plug-in hair pieces. If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase or are not satisfied with your item within 30 days, Mr Toys will offer you an exchange, refund or instore credit provided that:
You produce your original Mr Toys register receipt at the time you return the item.
Item is unopened, unused and in its original condition including all instruction manuals and all accessories.
Item was not purchased in multiple or commercial quantities.
Item was not a special order.
Change of Mind and Satisfaction Guarantee excludes Gift Cards and Trading Cards.
Online Returns for Change of mind or Satisfaction Guarantee will need to be sent back to Mr Toys Toyworld Online at the customer's cost. Once received back, only the price of the item will be refunded. Postage is not refunded.
Faulty Product Returns
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Where a failure does not amount to a major failure, Mr Toys is entitled to choose between providing you with a repair, replacement or other suitable remedy.
Mr Toys may elect to return the product to the manufacturer's repair agent to determine the nature of the problem.
Mr Toys reserves the right not to offer an exchange, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.

Online purchase returns
The Mr Toys Returns Policy applies to online purchases. However, instead of the store register receipt as your proof of purchase you will need to present a copy of the tax invoice from our website (please note this is not the email confirmation document you received). If you would like to return your item in store, we are happy to assist you. Please call the Online Store first on 1800 MR TOYS as not all online orders can be returned in store. We will let you know if your orders can be returned in store. We will need you to bring in your Tax Invoice that is emailed to you. This contains the Invoice Number that is required to bring your original sale up on our screen to make the adjustments.
